Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an experienced Netsuite Systems Manager to administer NetSuite and related finance systems in a fully remote, global environment. You will lead financial modules, ARM, zone billing, and integrations with Salesforce while driving process improvement and data integrity.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT, Sales Operations, and Business Applications teams to deliver IT/functional best practices, governance, and change controls within a SOX-compliant framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, accounting or related field.
6+ years as Finance System Administrator with Netsuite and financial systems tools such as Zip, Avalara, Expensify.
Hands-on IT support experience, troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day NetSuite operations and user support.
Administer NetSuite ERP focusing on Financial, ARM, and Zone billing modules.
Develop workflows, custom fields, and scripts; manage NetSuite integrations.
Oversee access management, SOX/ITGC controls, and data integrity.
