Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Netsuite Systems Manager to administer and optimize our NetSuite ERP and finance systems. This role combines hands-on administration with program management, ensuring data integrity, SOX compliance, and end-to-end process improvements across finance operations.

You will collaborate with Sales Operations, IT, and the Finance team to deliver solutions, dashboards, and reports using NetSuite and Grafana, while supporting cross-functional finance transformations in a fully

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer Science, information technology, accounting, finance or a related field.
6+ years of progressive experience as a Finance System Administrator with Netsuite and financial systems tools.
Hands-on IT support experience, troubleshooting and resolving functional & technical issues.
Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data integration within Netsuite including ARM and Zone/Company billing, and Salesforce integration.
Administrator-level knowledge of privileged access, charts of accounts, approval workflows, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day NetSuite operations and user support.
Administer NetSuite ERP focusing on Financial, ARM, and Zone billing modules.
Develop workflows, custom fields, scripts, and manage NetSuite integrations.
Ensure SOX compliance, ITGC, change management, and SDLC governance.
Lead finance transformation projects covering order-to-cash processes and billing.
