Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking an experienced Netsuite Systems Manager to administer NetSuite ERP and related Finance systems. You will lead day-to-day operations, configure ARM and Zone billing, and drive process improvements within a global finance function.

You’ll collaborate with Sales Operations, IT, and Finance, ensuring SOX compliance, data integrity, and scalable governance across a fully remote, global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience with Netsuite and finance systems tools.
• Hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data integration within Netsuite including ARM and Zone billing.
• Knowledge of ITGCs and SOX compliant environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day NetSuite operations and user support.
• Administer NetSuite ERP focusing on Financial, ARM, and Zone billing modules.
• Develop and maintain workflows, fields, and scripts; manage integrations.
• Oversee access management, SOD reviews, and audit processes.
• Provide end-user training and support.
