Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Netsuite Systems Manager to own day-to-day NetSuite operations and lead, implement, and optimize our Finance Business Systems. You will collaborate with Sales Operations, IT, and Finance and ensure SOX compliance while driving efficiency across the order-to-cash lifecycle.

This 100% remote role reports to the Sr Director of Finance Systems and requires strong IT/functional expertise, training end-users, and governance of NetSuite and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, accounting, finance or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience as a Finance System Administrator with Netsuite and financial systems tools such as Zip, Avalara, Expensify.
• Hands-on IT support experience, troubleshooting and resolving functional & technical issues.
• Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data integration within Netsuite including ARM and Salesforce integration.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day NetSuite operations, and hands-on user support.
• Administer NetSuite ERP focusing on Financials, ARM, and Zone billing.
• Configure, upgrade, and maintain NetSuite with ITGC and SDLC compliance.
• Develop and maintain workflows, custom fields, and scripts.
• Manage NetSuite integrations with other business systems.
• Oversee user access management and SOD reviews.
• Govern general ledger accounts, cost centers, products, and reporting structures.
• Optimize system settings and workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and SOX compliance.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Coordinate finance transformation projects across order-to-cash, revenue recognition, billing and cash apps.
