Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Netsuite Systems Manager for a 100% remote role based in the United States. You will administer NetSuite and related Finance systems, driving IT governance, process improvements, and reliable financial reporting.

This is an individual contributor position reporting to the Sr Director of Finance Systems. The role focuses on NetSuite operations, ARM and Zone billing, data integrity, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer science, information technology, accounting, finance or a related field.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day NetSuite operations and user support.
Administer NetSuite ERP with focus on Financial, ARM, and Zone billing.
Perform system configuration, customization, upgrade and maintenance with ITGC/SOC/SOX practices.
Develop and maintain workflows, custom fields, and scripts.
Manage NetSuite integrations with Salesforce and other systems.
Oversee access management and governance aligning with SOX controls.
Oversee chart of accounts, cost centers, and reporting structures for stakeholders.
Optimize system settings and data integrity for compliance.
Provide training and end-user support.
