Job summary

Grafana Labs seeks an experienced Netsuite Systems Manager to administer the Netsuite ERP and related Finance systems, reporting to the Sr Director of Finance Systems. You will collaborate across IT, Sales Ops, and Finance in a fully remote role to improve controls and automate processes.

You’ll manage day-to-day NetSuite operations, integrations with Salesforce, and drive finance transformation across order-to-cash, revenue recognition, and billing, while enabling insightful dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 6+ years as a Finance System Administrator with Netsuite and finance tools.
• Hands-on IT support experience and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data integration in Netsuite.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day NetSuite operations and user support.
• Administer NetSuite ERP focusing on Financial, ARM, and Zone billing modules.
• Configure, upgrade, and maintain systems with ITGC and SDLC compliance.
• Develop workflows, fields, scripts, and NetSuite integrations with other systems.
• Oversee access, SOX controls, and governance for reporting structures.
