Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior NetSuite Systems Manager in a 100% remote, IC role. You will administer NetSuite, drive ARM and revenue-related configurations, and lead finance transformation programs across order-to-cash processes. The position reports to the Sr.

Director of Finance Systems and collaborates with Sales Ops, IT, and Finance. With 6+ years in finance systems, you will implement ITGC controls, optimize processes, and build robust reporting using NetSuite and Grafana dashboards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience as a Finance System Administrator with NetSuite and financial systems tools.
• Hands-on IT support experience, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Experience with data migration, data mapping, and data integration within NetSuite including ARM and CPQ integration.
• SOC, ISO, and SOX compliant environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day NetSuite operations, user support, and troubleshooting.
• Administer NetSuite ERP with focus on Financial, ARM, and Zone Billing modules.
• Perform configuration, upgrades, and maintenance with ITGC/SDLC compliance.
• Develop workflows, custom fields, and scripts; manage NetSuite integrations.
• Oversee access management, SOD reviews, and annual/quarterly reviews.
• Lead finance transformation projects across order-to-cash, revenue recognition, and billing.
• Create dashboards and reports using NetSuite and Grafana for finance insights.
