Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division in a remote capacity seeks a Global Solution Architect for NetOps. You will drive adoption, growth and new sales of NetOps solutions within major enterprise customers, partnering with regional sales and solution engineering.

You will lead pre-sales activities, design strategic blueprints, and influence C-level stakeholders to create long-term value and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 20+ years IT industry experience with 10+ years in corporate enterprise IT.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Results-driven with a proven sales track record.
• Deep knowledge of network performance monitoring solutions.
• Experience in sales engineering or network IT operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions with clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers during pre-sales and demonstrations.
• Gather technical requirements and align with customer business objectives.
• Present capabilities to C-suite stakeholders.
• Direct Solution Engineer teams to ensure outcomes alignment.
