Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations is seeking a Global Solution Architect focused on NetOps for remote engagement with enterprise customers. You will drive adoption, growth, and new sales by collaborating with regional sales teams and solution engineers to deliver business value and strategic outcomes.

You will lead consultative discussions, create high-impact blueprints, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments that align with customers’ why and objectives.

Qualifications

• 20 years in the IT industry overall and 10 years in enterprise IT domain.
• Strong knowledge of current network performance monitoring solutions.
• Previous sales engineering or Network Engineering / IT Operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions and address client questions and concerns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor for software needs.
• Coordinate with Solution Engineers and partners to align implementation with strategy.
• Deliver high-value presentations and product demonstrations during pre-sales activities.
• Travel as necessary to engage with customers and close deals.
