Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps. This remote role partners with regional sales and solution engineering to drive adoption, growth, and new sales of enterprise ValueOps solutions within a defined set of existing customers.

You will lead high-impact conversations with C-level and senior stakeholders, translate business needs into technical outcomes, and guide cross-functional teams through pre-sales to implementation to ensure value

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of IT and enterprise software landscapes.
• Experience delivering results across multiple organizations.
• Ability to design high-level strategy for customers in their domain.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota.
• Expert in the domain from a practitioner standpoint.
• Experience with competitive product deployment and enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions with clients and address questions and objections.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Guide post-sales transitions from pre-sales to implementation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales, including product demonstrations.
• Engage with prospective clients to gather technical requirements and business objectives.
• Communicate capabilities and strategies with customer-focused language, not just features.
• Direct the Solution Engineer teams or partners to align implementation with strategy.
• Publish materials and participate in executive-level engagement activities.
• Synthesize customer success data to drive value storytelling.
