Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps, a remote role within the Agile Operations Division. You will drive adoption, growth and new sales of enterprise ValueOps solutions across a defined set of existing customers, collaborating with regional sales and solution engineering to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead executive-level discussions, design high-level strategies, and produce concise blueprints aligned to customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years in the IT industry, with 10 years in the domain expertise, in enterprise IT.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building and account growth focus.
• Ability to articulate value propositions to executives and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions and address client questions and concerns.
• Engage with prospective clients to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Direct Solution Engineer teams to ensure strategy aligns with outcomes.
• Publish material and drive engagement with C-Suite across value streams.
• Provide guidance to territory teams on regional lessons and best practices.
