Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a Global Solution Architect - NetOps to drive adoption and growth of enterprise software within a defined set of large customers. You will partner with regional sales and solution engineering to craft value and align with customer priorities, shaping high-level strategies and actionable blueprints.

The role requires deep IT experience, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to engage C‑suite executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years in IT with 10 years in enterprise IT domain.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Results-oriented with proven sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of current network performance monitoring solutions.
• Experience in sales engineering or Network Engineering / IT Operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions with clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering during pre-sales and demonstrations.
• Drive adoption, growth and cross-sell of Broadcom solutions.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams to address customer needs.
• Engage with C-Level executives to discuss value creation.
