Job summary

Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role in the automotive claims space. You will work with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges, handling claims efficiently while communicating with clients by phone and email.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze CCC estimates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new apps.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
