Job summary

Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role. You will work with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges and handle claims efficiently.

This remote, full-time position offers hourly pay between $26.00 and $31.00, competitive benefits, 401(k), PTO, and a startup-like culture.

Ideal candidates have client service experience, strong negotiation skills, and are comfortable with CCC estimates and auto repair knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
