Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role. You will work closely with our body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges, handling assigned auto claims with a client-focused approach and strong integrity.

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read CCC estimates is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
