Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist to support automotive claims operations in a fully remote setting. You will negotiate with repair shops, review CCC estimates, and communicate with clients by phone and email to resolve charges and keep claims moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
