SolvdUS, Inc is hiring a Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role. You will work with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges, handling claims via phone and email.

The position offers hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits in a startup-like environment. The ideal candidate has prior client service experience, strong negotiation skills, familiarity with auto insurance/repair processes, and the ability to read CCC estimates.

Formación

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role
• Strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting
