Job summary

Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist to support auto and property claims. This fully remote role involves partnering with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges.

You will handle outbound calls, review CCC estimates, and compute fees with accuracy, while maintaining clear client communication and helping teams deliver faster, smarter outcomes. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
