Solvd US is hiring a Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role in the auto and property claims space. You will work with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges, handling claims efficiently from a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has client service experience, strong negotiation skills, and a good understanding of auto insurance and CCC estimates. Excellent communication and self-motivation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client/customer service role preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with learning new computer systems.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
