Solvd US is seeking a detailed, client-focused Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will collaborate with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates, handle claims by phone, and review CCC estimates to ensure fair charges.

Qualifications

• Experience in client/customer service roles.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Experience reading CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to learn new computer systems quickly.
• Strong time management.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
