Job summary

SolvdUS, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist to join our remote team. You will collaborate with body shop and storage partners to negotiate rates, review CCC estimates, and manage charges with a client-focused approach.

In this fully remote role, you will make outbound calls, analyze auto insurance repair scenarios, and support a fast-paced claims workflow while maintaining accuracy, organization, and strong communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
