Job summary

Solvd US is seeking a Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role in the automotive claims space. You will work with our body shop and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges, handling claims efficiently from a remote setting.

The ideal candidate has prior client service experience, strong negotiation skills, and comfort with CCC estimates. You will collaborate with colleagues to maintain accountability and provide excellent service to insurers and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in client/customer service.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs helpful.
• Ability to read and analyze CCC estimates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with computer systems and learning new applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with repair shops to manage and settle charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims.
• Review CCC estimates and total loss charges.
• Calculate fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly via email and phone with clients.
• Support colleagues and foster accountability.
• Manage time and stay organized in a remote setting.
