Job summary

Solvd US, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist to support auto and property claims workflows in a fully remote role across the United States. You will negotiate with repair shops, review CCC estimates, and manage charges with accuracy and professionalism.

In a fast-paced, startup-like environment, you’ll communicate clearly by phone and email, handle claims assignments, and collaborate with body shops and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in client/customer service.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
