Job summary

Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will negotiate with body shops, review CCC estimates, and manage charges with accuracy and client focus.

Ideal candidates are experienced in customer service, with strong negotiation and communication skills, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Benefits include health/dental/vision and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in client/customer service.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and learning new apps.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Calculate fees for shops and tow yards precisely.
• Communicate clearly via email and phone with clients.
• Support colleagues and uphold accountability.
• Manage time effectively in a remote setting.
