Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Prevailing Wage Compliance Specialist to lead nationwide wage compliance across utility-scale projects. You will oversee complex compliance obligations for self-perform work and multiple subcontractors, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local laws.

The role requires strong leadership, audits, and proactive regulatory guidance. This position is fully remote with potential travel to SOLV Energy offices or job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent plus professional experience in labor compliance.
• 5+ years of compliance experience on federal/state funded construction projects, including multi-project environments.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor other compliance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor compliance leadership for national regions across multiple projects and contractors.
• Manage complex prevailing wage obligations for self-perform work and subs.
• Review and audit DOL classification requests to ensure compliance with laws.
• Interpret wage determinations, apprenticeship standards, and PLA/Two-Trade requirements.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify and resolve findings and deficiencies.
• Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and audits; prepare documentation.
