Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Lead to oversee District Managers and a team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives promoting client products to healthcare professionals.

The role is remote within the United States and requires coordinating across IQVIA and client teams to ensure successful execution of integrated solutions. You will manage plans, KPI tracking, HR actions, and stakeholder communications from initiation through closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
• 10+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales industry.
• 5+ years Sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Client’s main point of contact regarding the commercial project work.
• Create, manage, and maintain project plans and timelines including milestones and workflows.
• Facilitate clear communication to all stakeholders through status reports and meetings.
• Monitor and report on performance/KPIs/scorecards/priorities.
• Provide updates to internal and client stakeholders.
• Apply operational knowledge to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify trends and obstacles to achieving goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to meet deliverables.
• Oversee HR actions for IQVIA managers and sales reps.
• Approve and monitor expense reports for IQVIA managers.
