Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Lead to oversee District Managers and Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives delivering client projects remotely across the U.S. The role ensures contractual obligations are met, operations are efficient, and collaboration with the client and IQVIA teams is seamless.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage HR actions for managers and reps, track KPIs, and communicate progress to stakeholders while supporting travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
• 10+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales industry.
• 5+ years Sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s main point of contact for commercial project work.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and workflows with IQVIA and the client.
• Provide regular status reports and coordinate communications among stakeholders.
• Monitor performance using KPIs/scorecards and report progress.
• Oversee HR actions for IQVIA Managers and Sales Representatives.
• Approve expense reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate meetings and related activities.
