Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
• 10+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales industry.
• 5+ years Sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Client’s main point of contact regarding the commercial project work.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and client alignment.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications with status reports and meetings.
• Monitor performance through KPI dashboards and deliverables.
• Oversee HR-related actions for IQVIA managers and sales reps.
• Approve first-line manager expense reports and compliance.
• Coordinate meetings and associated components as needed.
