Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Lead to oversee District Managers and a team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives promoting client products to healthcare professionals. This remote role can be based anywhere in the US, coordinating across IQVIA and the client for effective execution.

You will be the main client contact, manage project plans, KPI tracking, and HR activities for managers and reps, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales
• 5+ years of Sales leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s main point of contact for commercial project work
• Create, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and workflows
• Provide status reports and lead project meetings with stakeholders
• Monitor performance, KPI trends, and prioritize deliverables
• Oversee HR actions for IQVIA managers and sales reps including hiring and performance reviews
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to achieve project deliverables
• Ensure adherence to expense policies and provide oversight of expense reports
• Travel as needed to IQVIA and client sites
