Ladders, a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space, is seeking a National Fleet Manager to drive a nationwide fleet program remotely in the United States. This role focuses on asset strategy, vendor management, and disciplined financial execution across locations.

Responsibilities include building a national fleet program, asset management, lease planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance with DOT/OSHA/EPA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial fleet leadership.
• Experience managing a national fleet of at least 5,000 assets.
• Proven leadership in financial and tactical fleet operations.

Responsabilités

• Build and implement a national fleet operations program.
• Develop and execute asset management strategies for fleet equipment.
• Plan and manage fleet lease programs.
• Negotiate vendor relationships for capital and lease equipment.
• Plan and execute financial budgets for fleet operations.
• Develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve fleet objectives.
• Utilize an enterprise asset management system for asset tracking and maintenance analysis.
• Implement and monitor fleet performance metrics and compliance rates.
• Ensure adherence to DOT, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Conduct fleet evaluations to maintain maintenance standards.
