Job summary
A sustainable energy transition company is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the operational management of their vehicle fleet in North America. This role involves procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle management to ensure that operators have reliable vehicles, thereby supporting the company's growth goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, experience with compliance regulations, and the ability to develop strategic processes to optimize fleet performance. This position is full-time and remote.
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing vehicle fleets across dispersed geographies.
- Proven track record managing fleet budgets and delivering cost efficiency improvements.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete fleet lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for fleet performance.
- Implement fleet safety programs and compliance frameworks.
