Job summary

Vestis is seeking a Regional Fleet Manager to provide regional leadership across our fleet maintenance program. You will lead Group Fleet Managers, coordinate with field operations and corporate teams, and drive cost performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

The role oversees both in‑house and outsourced maintenance, balancing safety, quality, and efficiency, with 25% travel within North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, transportation, logistics, or related operational field.
• ASE certification or other relevant fleet/maintenance credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Group Fleet Managers and establish regional execution plans.
• Own regional fleet maintenance performance, including preventive maintenance and vehicle availability.
• Oversee in‑house and outsourced maintenance operations, ensuring safety, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Partner with operations and finance to develop budgets and monitor expenditures.
