Ladders, a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space, is seeking a National Fleet Manager to drive a nationwide fleet program remotely in the United States. This role focuses on asset strategy, vendor management, and disciplined financial execution across locations.

Responsibilities include building a national fleet program, asset management, lease planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance with DOT/OSHA/EPA standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial fleet leadership.
• Experience managing a national fleet of at least 5,000 assets.
• Proven leadership in financial and tactical fleet operations.

For our client, we are seeking a National Fleet Manager to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will lead a nationwide fleet operations program with a strong focus on asset strategy, vendor management, and financial discipline. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders to improve fleet performance, ensure compliance, and support efficient operations across multiple locations. It is well suited for someone who can balance tactical execution with continuous improvement in a complex, high-volume environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
