Amerit Fleet Solutions seeks a Regional Director to expand business, lead multi-site operations, and drive profitability across fleet maintenance and upfitting services. You will lead safety, training, and client relationships while forecasting revenue and guiding strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, 10+ years in fleet maintenance or similar, and a track record of managing dispersed teams and complex contracts. Remote-based with CA travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for strategic leadership roles in fleet services.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites and large teams.
• Experience with government contracts and fleet management is a plus.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and drive profitability.

Responsabilités

• Grow incremental business with new and existing customers.
• Increase shop productivity and profitability across services and upfitting.
• Lead safety programs, compliance, and training across sites.
• Own P&L and forecast revenue with cross-functional teams.
• Develop proposals with Business Development and Marketing.
