Job summary

Equifax is seeking an Employer Services Account Executive to drive growth across assigned national accounts. You will engage in consultative selling, demonstrate ROI, and manage complex client relationships with a focus on HR, payroll, tax compliance, and cost-saving outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing, strategic sales role.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related sales experience.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from contact to close.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations and value-based proposals.
• Strong CRM data management and forecasting discipline.
• Proven negotiation and closing of small to mid-size deals.
• Ability to create detailed account and territory plans.
• Experience researching prospects and navigating complex matrix environments.
• Experience driving renewals and revenue growth with strategic clients.
• Knowledge of industry verticals and regulatory considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities
