Job summary

Equifax is seeking an Employer Services Account Executive to drive revenue and profitability within an assigned book of national accounts. You will work directly with clients on a consultative basis, learning their business, anticipating needs, and delivering Equifax solutions that demonstrate tangible ROI.

You will develop strategic account plans, maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to close. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client facing, strategic sales role.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related sales experience.
• Experience managing full sales cycle, from contact to close.
• Experience with product demonstrations and CRM data management.
• Ability to develop compelling proposals and value-based selling.
• Negotiating and closing small to mid-size deals.
• Creating detailed account and territory plans.
• Conducting prospect research and navigating a matrixed environment.
• Experience executing renewals to maintain client relationships.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
