Equifax is seeking an Employer Services Account Executive to drive revenue growth within an assigned book of national accounts. You will engage with clients consultatively, learn their business needs, and propose Equifax solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

You will build and maintain relationships at senior levels, manage the sales cycle, respond to RFPs, and lead negotiations to ensure profitability. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing strategic sales roles.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years sales experience.
• Full sales cycle: initial contact to close.
• Effective product demonstrations to show value.
• Maintaining accurate CRM data and tracking.
• Developing proposals and value-based selling strategies.
• Negotiating and closing small to mid-size deals.
• Creating detailed account and territory plans.
• Research prospects to identify leads and opportunities.
