Job summary

Equifax, Inc. is seeking an Employer Services Account Executive to drive profitable growth in an assigned book of accounts.

You will engage with clients on a consultative basis to learn their business, anticipate needs and propose innovative Equifax solutions. You will be proficient in defining and demonstrating tangible ROI while collaborating with internal teams to deliver HR, payroll, tax management and compliance value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing, strategic sales role.
• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related sales experience including full sales cycle management.
• Experience conducting effective product demonstrations to show value.
• Experience creating proposals and value-based selling strategies.
• Negotiating and closing small to mid-size deals.
• Ability to develop detailed account and territory plans.
• Experience researching prospects to identify leads.
• Ability to navigate a complex matrixed environment to achieve objectives.
• Experience executing renewals to maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of industry verticals and emerging regulatory/compliance requirements is a plus.
• Strong activity metrics tracking to monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within accounts.
• Identify and address customer needs with timely, effective solutions.
• Conduct annual business reviews to position the business as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Respond to inquiries and RFPs, showcasing value proposition and competitive advantage.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing aligned with policies and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Stay informed of industry trends and competitive developments.
