Equifax is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive end-to-end direct sales and market expansion for Equifax Workforce Solutions (ETS) Employment Tax Services. The role emphasizes consultative solution selling to enterprise clients, focusing on strategic unemployment tax planning, cost management, and compliance advisory during M&A events.

You will build C-suite relationships across the Central U.S. region, execute targeted growth strategies, and acquire new employer accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting/Tax or similar.
• 5+ years of consultative service-based solution selling to senior management in B2B.

Responsibilities

• Outside consulting and sales role driving new business opportunities.
• Identify key decision makers and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Build and maintain customer relationships; manage the sales process to contract.
• Collaborate with M&A data analysts; enter sales data into Salesforce CRM.
• Present at regional trade shows and prospect events.
