Job summary

Equifax invites applications for an Employer Services Account Executive role, reporting to the AVP of National Accounts. You will drive profitable growth by engaging with clients in a consultative manner, proposing Equifax solutions, and demonstrating ROI across HR, payroll, tax management, and compliance needs.

You will develop strategic account plans, manage a robust pipeline, and lead negotiations to close mid-to-large deals while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

5+ years in a client facing, strategic sales role.
Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of related Sales experience.
Experience managing full sales cycle from initial contact to close.
Experience presenting proposals and value-based selling.
Proven track record in negotiating and closing deals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within accounts.
Identify and address customer needs with timely solutions to maximize value.
Conduct annual business reviews to position the company as a trusted advisor.
Develop and manage sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and deal progression.
Respond to inquiries and RFPs, demonstrating value proposition and competitive advantage.
Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with policies and profitability targets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive developments.
