Job summary

Equifax is seeking an Employer Services Account Executive to drive profitable growth within an assigned book of national accounts. You will engage with clients consultatively, demonstrate ROI, and deliver Equifax solutions that meet HR, payroll, tax management, and compliance needs.

You’ll develop strategic account plans, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate across teams to ensure client success. Travel up to 50% is expected; a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing, strategic sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales.
• Experience managing full sales cycles from prospect to close.
• Experience delivering product demos and value-based proposals.
• Strong CRM data discipline and forecasting capability.
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to develop account and territory plans and research prospects.
• Experience in a complex matrix environment and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in accounts.
• Identify customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Conduct annual business reviews to position Equifax as a trusted advisor.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Respond to inquiries, proposals, and RFPs with compelling value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with policies and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor developments.
