Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an Associate National Account Manager to join our remote E-Commerce team, reporting to a National Account Manager and partnering with Amazon. You will help drive sales growth, forecasting, marketing, promotions, and supply chain initiatives.

In this role you’ll develop PDPs, optimize catalogs, support product listings, and collaborate with Sales Directors to hit targets. A BS degree and 2–3 years in sales or account management are preferred, with content

Qualifications

• BS in Marketing, Business, Sales, eCommerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales or account management experience.
• 1–2 years of content/merchandising experience a PLUS.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into clear messages.
• Well-developed analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem solving with creative outcomes.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities in the near future.
• Assertive, organized and strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Identify cross-sell and merchandising opportunities on customer PDPs.
• Review online messaging to ensure alignment with brand strategy and improve shopper experience.
• Create and optimize PDPs and catalogs with ecommerce-forward content.
• Own updates to customer brand store pages.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to hit targets and support launches and training.
• Prepare product line reviews and quotes for customers’ merchants.
• Assist with all stages of the sales cycle, including forecasting and billing estimates.
• Analyze metrics to drive growth and share insights.
