Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks an Associate National Account Manager to join its E-Commerce team as a remote employee, reporting to a National Account Manager and working closely with Amazon to drive sales growth and strategic initiatives.

You will identify cross-sell opportunities, optimize PDPs, develop ecommerce-forward content, manage brand stores, and coordinate with Sales Directors and cross-functional teams to achieve targets and launches.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management.
• 1-2 years of content/merchandising experience a PLUS.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with an eagerness to meet and exceed goals and targets.
• Demonstrate strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear messages.
• Well-developed analytical skills and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute cross-sell/merchandising enhancement opportunities on customer PDPs.
• Review online messaging to ensure alignment with channel/brand strategy and improve online shopper experience.
• Create new PDPs and optimize catalog with ecommerce-forward content (descriptions, images, videos, bullets, docs).
• Own updates to customer brand store pages and optimize listings.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and National Account Managers to achieve targets and support launches and training.
• Prepare product line review presentations and quotes for customer merchants.
