Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a National Account Manager to drive growth for Ace Hardware and Emery Jensen Distribution. This remote/field role partners with ACE and EJD merchandising, logistics, and promotions teams to increase sales of SBD brands across the distribution network.

You will lead annual advertising programs, Joint Business Plans, and cross-functional programs with the Field Sales Organization to expand the Craftsman footprint and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5-10 years relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage Stanley Black & Decker business flowing through Emery Jensen Distribution and Ace Hardware’s wholesale business.
• Develop annual advertising programs and Joint Business Plans with ACE/EJD.
• Collaborate with field sales to implement retailer programs and grow market share.
• Coordinate with merchandising, logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to drive profitability.
• Attend Ace Hardware conventions and coordinate monthly forecasting with supply chain.
