Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Associate National Account Manager for a remote role within our E-Commerce team, collaborating with Amazon to drive growth, forecasting, marketing and supply chain improvements.

You’ll identify cross-sell opportunities, optimize PDPs and brand stores, and partner with Sales Directors to launch products and train merchants while delivering compelling presentations and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• BS in Marketing, Business, Sales, eCommerce, Digital, or related experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management.
• 1-2 years of content/merchandising experience a PLUS.
• Demonstrate strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into clear messages.
• Well-developed analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem-solving with creative outcomes.
• Ability to expand skills and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify cross-sell/merchandising opportunities on customer PDPs.
• Review online messaging to align with channel/brand strategy.
• Create and optimize PDPs and catalog content for ecommerce.
• Own updates to customer brand store pages.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and National Account Managers on targets and launches.
• Prepare product line reviews and quotes with customer merchants.
