Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Associate National Account Manager to join our remote E-Commerce team. You will collaborate with Amazon and cross-functional partners to drive sales growth, optimize PDPs, and manage brand stores.

This role reports to a National Account Manager and emphasizes data-driven decisions and strategic execution. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in sales or account management, 1–2 years in merchandising, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Marketing, Business, Sales, eCommerce, or related experience
• 2-3 years of sales or account management experience
• 1-2 years of content/merchandising experience is a plus
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with data translation
• Well-developed analytical skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated problem-solving with creative outcomes
• Ability to expand skills and take on more responsibility

Responsibilities

• Identify cross-sell and merchandising opportunities on customer PDPs
• Review online messaging to align with channel and brand strategy
• Create new PDPs and optimize catalog with ecommerce-forward content
• Own updates to customer brand store pages
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and National Account Managers to hit targets
• Prepare product line reviews and quotes for merchants
• Support sales cycle from listings to billing estimates
• Analyze metrics to drive growth
