ClearCaptions, LLC is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage multi-state payroll, timekeeping, deductions, and tax compliance. You will serve as a payroll subject matter expert for employees and managers in a fast-paced, remote environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, analytical skills, and experience with Dayforce HCM. Candidates should be proficient in Excel and comfortable collaborating across teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible payroll experience, including multi-state payroll administration.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
• Experience with payroll tax reporting, reconciliations, and year-end processing.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as subject matter expert on payroll processing for employees and managers.
• Processes biweekly timekeeping, payroll, and benefit deductions to ensure accuracy.
• Maintains Dayforce payroll records and supports new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Prepares and files federal, state, and local payroll tax returns and W-2s.
• Conducts payroll audits to verify accuracy and compliance.
• Responds to employee inquiries and provides guidance on payroll policies.
