Connections Health Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant, Payroll to manage bi-weekly payroll across multiple states using Ceridian/Dayforce. You’ll verify hours, deferrals, and taxes, set up garnishments, and support accounts payable and year-end processing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience running payroll in a multi-state environment.
• Strong background in payroll tax compliance, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Garnishments, levies, liens, and subpoenas handling experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and analytical reporting.

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using Ceridian/Dayforce.
• Ensure hours, 401k deferrals, employer match, and taxes are accurate.
• Set up garnishments and tax levies as required and complete related paperwork.
• Provide Accounts Payable support and vendor/payable reconciliations as needed.
• Maintain payroll records and support year-end reporting and audits.
