Job summary

TeamLogic IT in Silicon Valley, CA seeks an experienced MSP Level 2 Technician to deliver advanced technical support to SMBs. You will install, configure, and maintain systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with clients.

The role blends onsite and remote work, requires strong customer service, and opportunities for career growth. You will mentor Level 1 technicians and participate in security, backup, and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years MSP or similar IT support experience.
• Degree in IT or related field preferred; relevant certs desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac, AD, Office 365, and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support, install/configure hardware and software.
• Respond to escalated tickets and minimize client downtime.
• Manage client networks, security, backups, and DR planning.
• Document systems and support activities clearly.
• Mentor Level 1 technicians and assist in IT projects.
• Occasional on-call, after-hours, and weekend support as needed.
