TeamLogic IT, Inc. is seeking a diligent MSP Level 1 Technician to provide remote and on-site IT support for SMB clients. The role covers hardware/software troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and security monitoring to ensure reliable client environments.

You will communicate clearly with clients, document resolutions, and contribute to continuous improvement within a fast-paced MSP setting. A customer-first mindset and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience: Prior MSP or IT support experience, preferably SMB-focused.
• Technical Skills: Windows/macOS, networking, Microsoft 365, G Suite.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+ or MCP advantageous.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer service: Customer-focused and relationship-driven.
• Team player: Able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site IT support to SMB clients.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, backups, and monitoring.
• Act as first point of contact for incidents and service requests with SLA adherence.
• Maintain clear client communication and document issue resolutions.
• Implement and monitor security measures and configurations.
• Assist with hardware and software installation for clients.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices.
